We only need two things to design your book: the full text of the story and illustrations. We will then weave everything together into seamless design, to create the perfect interior and cover to be enjoyed by kids. You can tell us how you would like the text to be split between pages and illustrations or you can leave it up to us to arrange as we see fit. We can even re-use and edit the illustrations to add extra visual appeal to text-only pages.
If your illustrations were hand-drawn on paper, you can scan them and send us the PDF. If they were created digitally in the first place, send us the original source files (usually Adobe Illustrator's .ai).
Our designers will suggest the best size for the book based on the format of your illustrations but if you have any specific wishes about size or anything else, we are happy to make them a reality.
Don't have the illustrations yet? No worries: we can help you get that sorted out.
We will create all the files you need for worldwide distribution as paperback with Amazon's KDP Print and IngramSpark, and with all major ebookstores supporting fixed-layout e-books. This way you can sell it anywhere without the need to stockpile books or think about logistics. You will also be able to order as few or as many copies as you need for yourself, events, and direct sales.
Need hardcover edition or prefer to print the book locally or with a different Print-on-Demand provider? We can do all that, at no extra charge.
We guarantee the files we create will not only be accepted by any printer of your choice, but will also be perfect when they are printed.

This is why, for every children book we work on, we will also create a custom book landing page, featuring the cover, reviews, links to all retailers and even direct purchase option, if you would like.
Then, we will host it for you on our managed hosting, completely free of charge, with no hassle for you to set it up and keep it online.
Our pricing is simple. Everything we do for your children book is covered by one simple fee: $990. Unlike with non-illustrated books like novels and non-fiction where we charge separately for book formatting and cover design, you will never pay anything more than this simple fee for your children book.
